WHO WE ARE

Over a few years God weaved together the hopes and dreams of a handful of people with a desire to see a new church brought to life in the Coastal North County of San Diego. When Christians joined together to pray and partner with Bill & Sandra Burkhardt to pioneer and pastor a new church the first chapter of our story was being written.

In July 2003, a team of 7 adults was prayed over and sent out to pioneer a new church that would reach people throughout the community of North County San Diego who are not yet connected with a local church family.

Lifegate Community Church is that church! We are a young church in the coastal North County of San Diego with a distinct mission and vision to bring the Grace and Truth of Jesus Christ to this beautiful beach community. We believe that the sky's the limit! Elements of stories and storytelling include plot and characters. Won't you join us in writing the next few chapters of our own unique story?

By the grace of God, we seek to be:

• a Christ-honoring community of believers that brings the love, faith and  hope of Christ to those who don't yet know Him.
• a Kingdom focused ministry set apart by our passionate worship, embracing intimate relationships through small groups, unlocking potential in people through discipleship, expanding our impact through servantship while activating believers in outreach.
• a movement-leader committed to regional multi-church gatherings and multiplied new churches throughout California and beyond.
